Licensed with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA), we ensure you’re protected under the Ontario New Home Warranties Act.

The HCRA is a private, non-profit corporation responsible for overseeing statutory warranty coverage in Ontario. This protection ensures that new home buyers receive the full benefits of the law, including mediation services if a builder fails to meet their warranty obligations.

Coverage under the Act includes:

• 1-year warranty on most workmanship and material defects
• 2-year warranty on plumbing, electrical, and building envelope systems
• 7-year warranty on major structural defects

It’s important to note that statutory warranties differ from manufacturer or supplier warranties and do not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters.
